About Project

The Circle Mall, located at the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, will be the first shopping and leisure destination at the rapidly-growing community. Over 1 million sq. ft. complex with 400,000 sq. ft. of shopping, dining and entertainment space at Jumeirah Village Circle, 235 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets including a Spinneys anchor supermarket, two department stores, multi-screen cinema, fashion, home and electronics stores and a wide range of cafés and restaurants, Mosque that can accommodate up to 300 people and JVC Club, a pool, sports and restaurant complex located at The Circle Mall rooftop, features a 300-seater restaurant, a swimming pool and sundeck, two tennis courts, a gymnasium and landscaped gardens

Responsibilities:

Devised plan for delivery of the construction mall project, including mosque and underground tunnel works and ensured coordination with the engineering teams.
Conducted thorough assessment on project status and guaranteed that all company’s objectives achieved with respect to project quality, cost control, budgeting, and schedule.
Delivered strategic guidance on the completion of construction projects through entire life cycles, encompassing scheduling, material acquisition, and subcontractor oversight.
Exercised proactive approach for the effective management and utilization of company manpower, encompassing masons, carpenters, and steel fixers that minimized external manpower suppliers by 30%.

Ramaz Issa is a professional Building Contractor, he has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry including but not limited to; Interior decoration and fit-out for residential buildings, Villas, Mansions and commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, restaurants and warehouses. Ramaz Iss is a Project Management Professional (PMP Certified) and achieved his Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 2009 and Masters Degree in Project Management in 2017.
