About Project

A beautiful residential development includes two 21-storey and two 22-storey towers, high above the podium. Lakeside is set amidst beautiful lawns, fountains and gardens. The towers located in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Instituted project management approach for the construction of three basement parking, three podium parking and four 23 story-buildings in accordance with specifications and progress plans.
Articulated comprehensive status, progress, and performance periodic report.
Created preliminary project operational plans including schedule and resources.
Monitored project progress in line with client’s contract design documents. Collaborated with local authority to assure proper adherence to local construction regulations and laws.
Spearheaded and aligned 160 subcontractors and suppliers, as well as positioned as a key engineer involved in building of a complex of four residential project worth of 489M AED.

Ramaz Issa

Ramaz Issa is a professional Building Contractor, he has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry including but not limited to; Interior decoration and fit-out for residential buildings, Villas, Mansions and commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, restaurants and warehouses. Ramaz Iss is a Project Management Professional (PMP Certified) and achieved his Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 2009 and Masters Degree in Project Management in 2017.
