About Project

The development is spread over a land area of 38,917.02 square feet, and will offer 399,453 square feet of residential and commercial area, with a mix of 278 units: 132 studios, 122 one beds and 24 two bed apartments over 14 levels and a ground floor. The building also includes 22,988.48 square feet of commercial area for seven retail outlets, along with a gymnasium, recreational facilities, play area and four levels of covered parking for over 300 vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Directed construction functions, including supervision of assigned staff and labors, and implementation of site procedures to complete project according to plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Developed and sustained high-quality standards through proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. Adopted effective techniques to compare actual progress of project with planned progress.
Guided engineers, surveyors, and supervisors to follow up all activities and elements required of the construction of residential tower. Encouraged a safety culture to avoid and minimize unexpected occurrence of incidents.

Ramaz Issa is a professional Building Contractor, he has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry including but not limited to; Interior decoration and fit-out for residential buildings, Villas, Mansions and commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, restaurants and warehouses. Ramaz Iss is a Project Management Professional (PMP Certified) and achieved his Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 2009 and Masters Degree in Project Management in 2017.
