About Project

ZEDKLYM 7 Residential buildings project is a residential project that consist of seven buildings of 1,199 flats and more than 1.4 million sq.ft of built up area, multy-story car parking, basement car parking, and central plaza that include state of art swimming pool, Gym, children play area and retail shops. Ramaz was the key person to lead and manage engineers, staff, subcontractors and suppliers from the main contractor team.

Responsibilities:

Drive project to completion through provision of effective project planning, leadership, and hands-on participation. Lead implementation of company’s long and short- term business plans in accordance with strategy.
Formulate monthly programs and ensure all targets fully met with maximum revenue flows and minimum fixed costs.
Optimize overall results by specifically utilizing and applying available resources in areas that capitalized on individual strengths, which resulted in significant improvements in customer and supplier relationships.
Prioritize and arrange tasks to assure the successful delivery of construction project within a given timeframe and budget to maximize customer satisfaction.

Ramaz Issa

Ramaz Issa is a professional Building Contractor, he has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry including but not limited to; Interior decoration and fit-out for residential buildings, Villas, Mansions and commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, restaurants and warehouses. Ramaz Iss is a Project Management Professional (PMP Certified) and achieved his Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 2009 and Masters Degree in Project Management in 2017.
