About Project

The project consists of 306 rooms and suites are meticulously designed to maximize space, light and efficiency, providing a selection of contemporary classic furniture. Centro Sharjah offers all day dining restaurant, deli take-away, gift shop, well-appointed business center, meeting rooms, gymnasium, table tennis, sauna, spa bath, temperature controlled swimming pool

Responsibilities:

Supervision of assigned staff and supervisors and implementation of site procedures to complete the project according to plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Applied analytical skills to process subcontractor/supplier invoices against executed civil works/field purchase orders and reported any discrepancies to the project director.
Checked and maintained safety, quality control, and progress for the project.
Interacted with project team and contractors to support project execution and proposed effective solutions to minimize risks to the project and define contractual strategy.
Led procurement comparisons for key items, which included formwork, fence, tiles, and marble to achieve maximum benefit for the project in terms of cost, time, and quality.

Ramaz Issa is a professional Building Contractor, he has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry including but not limited to; Interior decoration and fit-out for residential buildings, Villas, Mansions and commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, restaurants and warehouses. Ramaz Iss is a Project Management Professional (PMP Certified) and achieved his Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 2009 and Masters Degree in Project Management in 2017.
